This stuff smells. I hope it works
I did not like the product because of the heavy texture that weighed down on my hair and had a strong fragrance that gave me a headache. I purchased the same 2 products totaling 6 bottles. 3 pomade and 3 oils. I used 1 pomade and 1 oil (one time only), which left 4 unused unopened bottles. I requested a refund. I was told via email that they would give me a refund, tell me the refund process, and wanted to know what did not work. I responded with what didn't work and thanked them for the refund approval. 5 days later, they responded, saying they can't offer a refund because the product was opened. Of course, it was because the customer had to try the product out first to know if it works or not. 4 bottles are unused. I am not throwing $168 away.
My scalp greatly improved after I used this product. I will purchase it again 😀
