Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At TikiEffect, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Please note that we have a strict no refunds or exchanges policy, except in cases where the issue is due to an error on our part. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. Product Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. This includes ensuring that no seals are not broken, tampered with, or damaged. This policy applies to all purchases, including single items and bundle deals (1x, 3x, 6x month supply).
2. Return Process:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team info@tikieffect.com A return label will be provided to you, and the item must be shipped back to us using the return label that we provided. Your products that you purchase must be in its original packaging that you received. Seals must still be intact.
3. Verification: Refunds will not be issued until the returned items are back in our possession and have been inspected to confirm that all seals are intact and the products are in their original condition.
4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes: In the case of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to provide documentation of your purchase and our return policy to the relevant financial institutions. This documentation includes proof of delivery, evidence of the condition of returned items, and confirmation of compliance with our return policy.

Purchases Made Through Retailers
Please contact the store where you purchased your products for a return or exchange. Tikieffect is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utilize these features by creating a Tikieffect Account. Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed.
